I – Once upon a time, long long ago, little Appetite-for-cakes was told to keep an eye on the milk put to boil. Listening to the boiling milk about to overflow, and a frantic scream ‘mommmy’, her mother rushed in and switched off the gas when the milk was just about to happily jump off.
